Junk movement?

How did we get away with vetting all movement and generically labeling it as good.

It is good to move but not all movement is good for you.

We constantly reevaluate our diets and scrutinize their value and benefits, and viability but when it comes to motion we just contribute the lowest common denominator - just move.

If people actually move, most motion we do as humans is like junk food exposing the body tissues to toxic levels of all types of things- mechanical stress loads and stress chemicals, locking and loading etc.

We need to critically evaluate our fitness and exercises for their quality of motion. Trends fads and fitness frenzies. We have to be vigilant against generically accepting all motion as viable and healthy for the body.

It’s not.

Motion can arguably cause more damage to your body physiology than a poor diet.!!!
